St. Joseph's Academy Book Club

2011-2012

Book Club will meet once a month and is open to freshmen through seniors. We will choose a book each month and have a meeting once a month to discuss it in the library. We will also have a few meetings where we will invite Chaminade to join us after reading the same book. Members must read the book in order to participate in the discussion. We will have snacks at the meetings and lively discussions. The purpose of the Book Club is to promote reading for pleasure.

Our meetings generally run from 3:00 to 4:00. It is not required but it is encouraged to attend each gathering. The goal of the club is to foster a lifetime attraction to reading for pleasure. Mrs. LuAnn Worrall and Ms. Jennifer Millikan are the faculty moderators for this group.

Next Meeting:
See you next year. We'll regroup again in the fall of 2012. We look forward to discussing the interesting books you've read over the summer!
