Angels in the Wings
These Moms are just waiting to help out in any way they can; as greeters for events, kitchen servers, bakers, card senders, Eucharistic ministers or to help in time of sickness or need.
Auction
The largest parent-run fundraiser of the year. Months of preparation and many volunteers are needed for the success of this event. This is also a great way to meet new people.
Back to School Night
This group coordinates and serves refreshments for this fun and informative evening.
Blood Drive
Volunteers are needed to assist the school with blood donors, canteen and registration.
Book Day - May
Volunteers collect and verify textbooks from students referring them to MBS Direct. The books are then bagged for each student and boxed for shipment.
Eucharistic Ministers
Several masses are held during the school year and we are in need of volunteers to help with communion.
Freshman Parent/New Parent Fall Reception
This committee provides snacks and beverages for this meeting with the freshman parents and new parents.
Golf Tournament
Tee it up! This committee needs workers to help with this fun, Fathers’ Club event held in the fall.
Grandparents Day
Grandparents and special friends are invited to Mass and lunch on campus. Mothers are needed to help serve lunch.
Guardian Angel Program
Welcome new families to St. Joe by volunteering to make a few phone calls and answer questions. To find out more about this program please read the file below and/or contact Mary Stroble at mstroble@charter.net.

Incoming Freshmen Spring Reception
Serves refreshments when the 8th graders and their parents come to register in March.
Installation
Plans the April lunch for the installation of new Mothers’ Club Officers in April.
Mailings
Help is always needed with several all-school mailings throughout the year. Many hands make light work, and you won’t have to lick stamps.
Mother/Daughter Mass & Brunch
Help with reservations and set-up for this special fall event.
Parents Network
This group plans, with other schools, informative meetings and sponsors lectures on topics of interest to all parents.
Plant Sales
This group coordinates the annual Father/Daughter Banquet corsage sale.
Pro Shop
The ProShop at St. Joseph's Academy sells a variety of school logo items for students, parents, teachers, alumnae and for little future angels. The volunteer run ProShop is open during the school year on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 to 1:00 and Thursdays from 2:45 to 3:30 as well as for many special events. Senior Mother/Daughter Lunch
This committee plans a special off-campus luncheon for the seniors and their Moms after a mass at school. Help is needed with invitations, centerpieces and reservations.
Supply Closet
Help is needed to inventory and stock the Mothers’ Club closet.
Teacher Appreciation Lunch & Treats
Nothing can be too good for our faculty and staff. These moms plan a monthly "treat" for the teachers and staff. They also plan an appreciation luncheon in the spring to say thanks for another great year.
Volunteer Coordinator
This individual will generate computer lists from the volunteer interest forms and will make these lists available to the committee chairs.
