My name is Maureen McVey and I have been teaching physical education at St. Joseph’s Academy for 23 years. I have been the department chairperson for the past 10 years. Our physical education curriculum includes learning team sports, lifetime sports, and strength and conditioing. I have also been the Varsity soccer coach for the past 20 years. I have guided the Angels to state championship titles in 1998, 1999, 2001 and 2002. We were also named National Champions in 2002.
