Tuition & Financial Services

2010-2011 School Year : $10,500

Course fees:
A comprehensive fee of $380 covers all fees for the year.

Tuition and fees are paid through the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan.

Payment Plan Options:
A. Payment in Full: Total payment due on or before July 1, 2010
B. Semester Payments: Two equal payments due in June and January. There is a $20 FACTS fee per student, per year.
C. Quarterly: Four equal payments due in June, October, January, and March. There is a $45 FACTS fee per student, per year.
D. Monthly: Monthly payments over a period of 11 months beginning June with final payment due April. There is a $45 FACTS fee per student, per year.
FACTS will mail the first invoice in May 2009. Instructions will be included as to how to register for the payment plan of your choice and you will select the 5th or 20th of the month for your payment dates. Methods of payments are to be arranged through FACTS and include bank authorization for an automatic transfer from checking or savings accounts; through MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. A convenience fee of 2.5% is charged for credit card use in addition to the FACTS fees described above.


Additional Costs

Computer Lease:
$600 per year


Uniforms: approximately $100-$150

Books: Textbook costs will vary by individual course selection. Textbooks will be purchased through an online service from MBS Direct. More information about book orders can be found on our web site.


Financial Assistance

Tuition assistance (workstudy and scholarships) is given to families based solely on financial need. Over $260,000 in work grant money and scholarships was awarded this current school year.

All money awarded based on need requires parents to complete financial aid forms after the student is accepted into St. Joseph's Academy.
