8th grade students attending a Catholic grade school or a Parish PSR program should have received an Archdiocesan high school application from their Elementary School or PSR Coordinator. Public School students who do not attend a PSR program, please contact your "first choice high school" to request an official Archdiocesan application as soon as possible.
By November 11, 2009
Completed Archdiocesan Application Forms due to Elementary School or PSR Coordinator
Public School Archdiocesan Application Forms are sent directly to the first choice school
By November 23, 2009
Applications are sent to student’s first choice high school
By December 11, 2009
St. Joseph’s Academy official questionnaire is mailed to first choice students
January 6, 2010
St. Joseph’s Academy official questionnaire is due
By January 12, 2010
Parents and students will be notified if there are missing items in the student’s file
February 5, 2010
Decision letters are mailed
