St. Joseph's Academy

Day camp was a great success!

Among the various sports and speech camps this summer, St. Joseph’s Academy Angel Day Camp kicked off its inaugural camp session! The all-girls day camp for incoming 3rd-5th graders was a big success. 13 grade school girls spent the week learning about self-esteem, healthy living, the importance of friendship, and their own God-given talents while participating in traditional day camp activities such as arts and crafts, dancing, SJA cheers, outdoor games, lots of songs, and spirit activities. SJA faculty members Katie Postal and Jocelyn Popit co-directed the camp program and had lots of help from SJA juniors Emily Waibel and Lacey Bender, and sophomore Shae Oca.
