The KMOX/Southeast Missouri State University Student of Achievement Program is entering its 20th year.   The KMOX/Southeast Missouri State University Student of Achievement Program acknowledges junior-level high school students who deserve recognition for their achievements. This program is the most premiere and reputable program in the Greater St. Louis metro area emphasizing the positive things our young adults are accomplishing.  Only one student per high school may be nominated.

Nominees for the Student of Achievement Program must:
- Be members of the high school graduating class of 2014
- Have earned a cumulative high school grade point average of 3.50 at the end of their sophomore year
- Have a demonstrated record of participation and leadership in school and community activities

Sarah was one of thirty students selected as 2013 KMOX/Southeast Missouri State University Students of Achievement.  Student of Achievement recipients will be interviewed and highlighted on News Radio 1120 KMOX and in their local edition of the Suburban Journals. In addition, the students will be honored at the Student of Achievement luncheon in May 2013.
