St. Joseph's Academy

The Province Leadership Council of the Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Louis Province is the highest governing body of St. Joseph’s Academy. Powers reserved to this group include: determining and maintaining the philosophy and identity of the Corporation; approving and adopting the Mission Statement of the Corporation; appointment and removal of the President and members of the Board of Directors after receiving recommendations from the Board of Directors; approving the purchase, sale, acquisition, disposition or transfer of real estate or substantial assets of the Corporation. The Members meet with the Board of Directors annually.

PROVINCE LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
