The Member
The Member of St. Joseph’s Academy is the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Louis Province, a Missouri nonprofit corporation. Powers reserved to this group include: determining and maintaining the philosophy and identity of the Academy; appointment and removal of the President and members of the Board of Directors after receiving recommendations from the Board of Directors; approving the purchase, sale, acquisition, disposition or transfer of real estate or substantial assets of the Academy.
Officers of the Corporation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (the Member) are the Province Leadership Council.
