Welcome Message from the President
On behalf of all of the members of the St. Joseph’s Academy community, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our new web site.
If you are a first time visitor, we hope that you will catch the spirit that makes St. Joe such a special place as well as finding out important information about our school. If you are a current parent, student or alumnae, we hope this site will provide you with a convenient way to keep current about all of the daily activities, special events and important meetings that occur during the school year.
In our Mission and Philosophy Statement we articulate the expectation that our graduates will "make a profound impact in the world." To achieve this goal, the administration, faculty and staff work hard to provide our students an excellent and challenging education grounded in gospel values and in the charism and traditions of our sponsors, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. We also strive to ensure that our students have the opportunity to practice what they are learning through service to "the dear neighbor" throughout their four year curriculum. The wonderful support provided by our Mothers' and Fathers' Clubs and the Alumnae Association enables us to continue to dream new dreams and to make them reality.
We encourage you to stay in touch with this vibrant St. Joe community through frequent use of this web site. We also invite you to visit us in person and to participate in the many events scheduled throughout the year.
